Good Gym Visit today, kept heart rate below 165 on X-Trainer, this may seem bad but I was peaking at 185+ on week one. #
What the hell? I know it’s above zero and actuall nice outside, but shouldn’t it be WARM? Why do I find it “chilly” out? #
