Kevin was born on the mossy hills of Scotland and lived for a while in West Lothian before the mores of pre-Thatcher and REALLY pre-Oasis Great Britain sent his family across the ocean to North America. They moved here and there and Kevin did the same when he was old enough. Now he lives in London with his family and a Dog.

Kevin Wardrop is an amateur writer, amateur photographer and professional pain in the ass. He has worked in the PC support business for most of his adult life and has been accustomed to simply answering technical questions as a matter of fiat, it was his career choice after all. Now he herds cats and puppies for a living as well as babysitting the web enterprises at the heart of western industry.

I see that another DUer got one of Palin’s pathetic punks shouting at them. Me, too. I was hoping I’d be the first! This also happened at a traffic light – the guy pulled up behind me, hit his horn, swung into my lane as I was the only one at the light at the time, and rolled down his window.

“Hey asshole! How’s that hopey-changey thing working out for you?”

“It’s working great! I paid less in taxes this year. How about you?”

(double take)

“Yeah, you paid less, too, didn’t you? Come on, you can admit it! I can tell! Guess hopey-changey worked for you, too, didn’t it?”

(snarl)

Light turned green and he TOOK OFF. I laughed the whole way home.

So … goodbye Heidi and Spencer … hello White Wolf and Running Bear, respectively.

A rep for the couple tell us Spencer decided to give up his previous moniker, King Spencer, because it was “too much of a burden to have to carry the weight of royalty. ”

Tell you what, Bill and Laura. Come and talk to us again about how nasty and wrong hateful talk from the left is when:

– A liberal walks into a church and opens fire on the congregation because they’re all a bunch of conservatives and he wants to kill as many right-wingers as he can.

– A liberal walks into another church and shoots a doctor in the head.

– A liberal shoots three police officers who come to his door because he fears the president is going to take his guns away.

– A liberal walks into the Holocaust Museum and shoots a guard because he hates Jews and believes it’s time to start a race war.

– A liberal walks into the Pentagon and opens fire because he believes the government is plotting against its citizens.

– A pack of gun-loving liberals forms a plot to kill law-enforcement officers and start a revolution.
