This should really read “How the NSA” uses Russian Dupes to justify Deep Packet Inspection and Broader wiretapping. I mean; if our billions of dollars in surveillance equipment missed these dunderheads; how about more investment to make sure we catch the clearly more sophisticated sticks and caves Jihadis? AMIRITE?
