Headline: God defeated by words on paper

Here’s a choice quote:

Fischer: God Didn’t Stop CT School Shooting Because He’s a ‘Gentleman’ Who Doesn’t Go Where He Is Not Wanted

Fischer said that God could have protected the victims of this massacre, but didn’t because “God is not going to go where he is not wanted” and so if school administrators really want to protect students, they will start every school day with prayer

What Mr. fischer is saying is that all you need to do to keep God at bay is a few words on paper, that’s about it. So, by saying that isn’t Mr. Fisher claiming God is not all powerful? People would do well to avoid Mr. Fischer; he greatly underestimates omnipotence.

It doesn’t take a genius to see that the reasoning here is beyond flawed. When you decide not to prosecute bankers for billion-dollar crimes connected to drug-dealing and terrorism (some of HSBC’s Saudi and Bangladeshi clients had terrorist ties, according to a Senate investigation), it doesn’t protect the banking system, it does exactly the opposite. It terrifies investors and depositors everywhere, leaving them with the clear impression that even the most “reputable” banks may in fact be captured institutions whose senior executives are in the employ of (this can’t be repeated often enough) murderers and terrorists. Even more shocking, the Justice Department’s response to learning about all of this was to do exactly the same thing that the HSBC executives did in the first place to get themselves in trouble – they took money to look the other way…

On The Second Amendments birthday

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

Except in cases where the person is a criminal, suspected terrorist, mental patient, has a criminal record of any kind, looks squirrely, isn’t part of a well-regulated militia or just has a bad vibe.

Additionally, no more private sales; none. Guns are for killing, and like anything else made for killing the transit of them should at least have some oversight, like imagine you had a vial of anthrax on the mantle, and someone wanted to buy it. You write down their name and some identifying marks then send that off to the CDC, then you sell it to them, as long as they meet the requirements set above, if they fail any of them or are not a “chill dude” then you just don’t sell it to them.

Mattioli, James Radley “Our Beloved Prince” James Radley Mattioli, age 6 ¾, fondly called ‘J’ passed away on December 14, 2012 in his classroom at Sandy Hook Elementary School. An energetic, loving friend to all, James loved baseball, basketball, swimming, arm wrestling and playing games on the iPad (especially the lawn mowing game). He loved to wear shorts and t-shirts in any weather, and grab the gel to spike his hair. He would often sing at the top of his lungs and once asked, “How old do I have to be to sing on a stage?” James loved to dive off the diving board at the Treadwell Pool, swim like a fish in both of his…
