Where is this UI Devs?
If you look at the graphs, it’s clear that this isn’t about the internet, it’s about the subprime crisis and the ongoing economic turmoil since 2008.
The crisis for malls is that plenty of them were built in the very suburban areas that were built up then collapsed when the subprime bubble burst.
The most annoying thing about internet retailers like Amazon vs. bricks and mortar is that bricks and mortar actually pay their taxes – local, state and federal.
Amazon is a giant that barely makes any profit and might not actually be viable (or profitable) if it wasn’t a tax avoider.
Many non-standard, non-light “crafty” beers found in the marketplace today are not labeled as products of large breweries. So when someone is drinking a Blue Moon Belgian Wheat Beer, they often believe that it’s from a craft brewer, since there is no clear indication that it’s made by SABMiller. The same goes for Shock Top, a brand that is 100 percent owned by Anheuser-Bush InBev, and several others that are owned by a multinational brewing and beverage company.
The large, multinational brewers appear to be deliberately attempting to blur the lines between their crafty, craft-like beers and true craft beers from today’s small and independent brewers. We call for transparency in brand ownership and for information to be clearly presented in a way that allows beer drinkers to make an informed choice about who brewed the beer they are drinking.
And for those passionate beer lovers out there, we ask that you take the time to familiarize yourself with who is brewing the beer you are drinking. Is it a product of a small and independent brewer? Or is it from a crafty large brewer, seeking to capitalize on the mounting success of small and independent craft brewers?

Here’s a choice quote:
Fischer: God Didn’t Stop CT School Shooting Because He’s a ‘Gentleman’ Who Doesn’t Go Where He Is Not Wanted
Fischer said that God could have protected the victims of this massacre, but didn’t because “God is not going to go where he is not wanted” and so if school administrators really want to protect students, they will start every school day with prayer
What Mr. fischer is saying is that all you need to do to keep God at bay is a few words on paper, that’s about it. So, by saying that isn’t Mr. Fisher claiming God is not all powerful? People would do well to avoid Mr. Fischer; he greatly underestimates omnipotence.
It doesn’t take a genius to see that the reasoning here is beyond flawed. When you decide not to prosecute bankers for billion-dollar crimes connected to drug-dealing and terrorism (some of HSBC’s Saudi and Bangladeshi clients had terrorist ties, according to a Senate investigation), it doesn’t protect the banking system, it does exactly the opposite. It terrifies investors and depositors everywhere, leaving them with the clear impression that even the most “reputable” banks may in fact be captured institutions whose senior executives are in the employ of (this can’t be repeated often enough) murderers and terrorists. Even more shocking, the Justice Department’s response to learning about all of this was to do exactly the same thing that the HSBC executives did in the first place to get themselves in trouble – they took money to look the other way…
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
Except in cases where the person is a criminal, suspected terrorist, mental patient, has a criminal record of any kind, looks squirrely, isn’t part of a well-regulated militia or just has a bad vibe.
Additionally, no more private sales; none. Guns are for killing, and like anything else made for killing the transit of them should at least have some oversight, like imagine you had a vial of anthrax on the mantle, and someone wanted to buy it. You write down their name and some identifying marks then send that off to the CDC, then you sell it to them, as long as they meet the requirements set above, if they fail any of them or are not a “chill dude” then you just don’t sell it to them.
